CBN Profile Grinding Wheels for Gear are mainly used for the processing of the spur gear(straight-cut gears) and the helical gear, the accuracy of the grinding wheel ensures the accuracy of the gear. Supporting domestic and foreign NC gear grinder, the rough grinding and fine grinding can be finished at one time, and the grinding wheel needn’t trim.
This product is used for the grinding of the high precision gear, and the worm gear hob. Suitable for the material such as high-speed steel, cemented carbide, the hardness can be up to 63－66HRC.
